    • Kickoff to include: Lead AIS Project Engineer, Salesperson, AIS AM, CDW AM, Client Team
    • Status update cadence discussed
  2. PM sends recap email

Discovery/Solution Design/Implementation

  1. All Project emails with updates
    • To include: PM, AIS Project Engineers, Salesperson, CDW AM, AM, Client
  2. Technical emails back and forth while working on tasks
    • To include: AIS Engineer, Client, PM
  3. All Project meetings
    • Required: PM, AIS Project Engineers, Client
    • Optional: Salesperson, CDW AM, AM
  4. Weekly Internal Project updates sent out by PMO
    • To include: Salesperson, AM, Lead Project Engineer
    • Questions can be directed to PM any time throughout the week.
  5. Change orders/Out of Scope items/Project pivots/Client Delays
    • To include: PM, AIS Project Engineers, Salesperson, CDW AM, AM, Client
    • Treated similarly to status updates and are often marked in the updates
    • PM to get approval of change required in writing when possible prior to working on the change

Project Close

  1. To include: PM, AIS Lead Project Engineer, Salesperson, CDW AM, AM, Client Team
  2. Can be email or call depending on situation. PM Determines this.
